GIGABYTE introduced the Brix mini-PC on the AMD Ryzen 4000U platform: up to eight cores in a 0.7 liter chassis

As promised, GIGABYTE introduced the new Brix small form factor desktop PCs based on AMD Renoir's hardware platform. Three models made their debut, encased only about 0.7 liters.

The family included modifications GB-BRR7H-4700, GB-BRR5H-4500 and GB-BRR3H-4300, equipped respectively with a processor Ryzen 7 4700U (eight cores; 2,0 ndash; 4,1 GHz), Ryzen 5 4500U (six cores; 2,3 – 4,0 GHz) and Ryzen 3 4300U (four cores; 2,0 – 4,1 GHz).

All devices support the use of up to 64 GB of RAM DDR4-3200 in the form of two modules SO-DIMM. It is possible to install a solid-state module M.2 2280 with PCIe Gen3 x4 interface or SATA, as well as 2.5-inch drive up to 9.5 mm thick. In the arsenal of new products & ; network controller 2‎.5G LAN (Realtek 8125), wireless adapters Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.1, audio codec Realtek ALC255.

The dimensions are 4‎‎‎6,8 × 119,5 × 119,5 mm. The front panel includes a USB 3.2 Type-C port and three USB 3.2 Type-A (Gen1) connectors as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. At the back there are HDMI 2.0a and DisplayPort interfaces, a slot for a network cable, a USB 3.2 Type-C port, two USB 3.2 Type-A (Gen1) ports;
