Synology releases DVA1622 - network storage and AI for video surveillance

Synology has announced the DVA1622, a compact network storage device in desktop form factor.

Two 3.5\" SATA hard drives can be installed.
Hot swappable drives are supported with Intel Celeron J4125 Gemini Lake Refresh processor.
The chip combines four cores without multi-threading support and Intel UHD 600 graphics gas pedal.
The base clock frequency is 2.0 GHz, the maximum frequency is 2.7 GHz.
The novelty has 1GbE LAN (RJ45) network port and two USB 3.0 ports, one of which is on the front panel.
Apart from that, there is an HDMI interface.
A fan with a diameter of 92 mm is responsible for cooling.
It is noted that DVA1622 - the ideal solution for compact home surveillance systems and security terminals in a confined space.
Video surveillance can be accessed from any device at any time.
The manufacturer's warranty is three years.
