ASUS has announced a slim and lightweight ZenBook 13 OLED (UM325) laptop using AMD hardware platform and Windows 10 Home operating system.
The novelty is equipped with a 13.3-inch organic light emitting diode (OLED) display. This panel features 1920 × 1080 dots (Full HD) resolution, 400 cd/m2 brightness and 100% DCI-P3 colour space coverage. The screen covers 88 % of the cover.
Powered by a 2.3GHz Ryzen 5 5600U six-core processor (upgradable to 4.2GHz), it works in tandem with 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR4X memory. The storage subsystem uses an M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD with up to 1TB capacity.
The computer features Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), a backlit keyboard, Harman/Kardon audio system, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C and HDMI 2.0b interfaces, microSD slot.
It claims up to 16 hours of battery life on a single charge. Dimensions are 304.0 × 203.0 × 13.9 mm, weight & ;approx 1.1 kg. Price is not yet disclosed;
